Our training programs are all about team spirit and motivation. Having others around you working hard and giving their all will naturally push you to be your best.   • Fundamentals

    Every new CrossFitter begins in our Fundamentals course. You’ll train beside other beginners just like you and learn the correct techniques for classic CrossFit movements. This course will ease you into the intensity of the CrossFit workouts you’ll find at CrossFit Rise Again.

  • Crossfit Group Training

    Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored!  We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.

  • Personal Training

    In today’s busy world, it’s hard to find the time to get regular exercise. So it’s important to make the most of the time you have. CrossFit Rise Again offers a wide range of personal workout programs to help you achieve your ideal body. Your personal trainer will develop an exercise regimen suited specifically for you, whether your goal is to gain muscle or lose weight.

    Pricing:

    Single Session – $60  /  6 Sessions – $300  /  12 Sessions – $600

  • Olympic Weightlifting

    Our Olympic Weightlifting classes aim to improve the classic Olympic lifts. Our programming follows set cycles ranging from the introductory level to more advanced cycles prepping lifters for WODs or competition. Our Olympic Weightlifting classes are great whether you’re looking to improve your technique and strength or want to pursue Olympic Weightlifting as a sport.

  • ROMWOD

    Learn to “stretch with purpose” in our mobility classes. This class is designed to help you improve mechanics and perform basic maintenance on yourself – including recovering from high-intensity workouts, managing soreness and achieving better positioning. Discover the powers of foam rolling, self-myofascial release, PNF, trigger points, self- massage, stretch band work and more to become a better athlete.

  • Nutrition Coaching

    The best workout in the world won’t work without the right nutrition. We’ll help you find the right diet for your body type, goals, and particular health needs. If you’re struggling with certain health issues, or even if you feel “perfectly healthy,” nutritional guidance is critical to your success in fitness and health.

  • CrossFit Teens

    Who says adults get to have all the fun? CrossFit Teens teaches kids the principles of mechanics, consistency and intensity in working out. Establishing good movements and fitness through adolescence is our goal. CrossFit Teens provides young adults with physical literacy, enhanced sports performance, and fewer sports injuries. Also, scientific research proves that exercise benefits cognitive function. So your teen will do better on the field and the classroom.
