Coach Sara Hiatt has a true love of sports and fitness. She leads a very active life and loves to share her passion for health and wellness with her family and others around her. After participating in many forms of exercise over the years, she discovered CrossFit in early 2016 and knew it was a perfect fit. Initially drawn to the community aspect and fun, competitive atmosphere, she soon realized CrossFit provided an opportunity to help others on their own journey to health and wellness. Coaching both fitness and nutrition play a vital role in her life and she is constantly motivated to learn, grow and increase her knowledge to better help those she works with.
