  • Ryan Bishop


    Coach Ryan Bishop has always been passionate about fitness and helping others see their true potential and to be their best selves.  After starting and falling in love with CrossFit, it was the obvious next step to put his love for helping people and CrossFit together and begin coaching members to be the best version of themselves.

    Ryan specializes in skill development, custom programming and personal training.  He enjoys the energy and excitement that members have when they learn they can do things they never thought possible.  Ryan enjoys seeing people get better at life outside the gym because of what they are doing in the gym.

  • Cheryl Bishop


    Coach Cheryl Bishop has participated in sports all her life.  She played baseball, water polo, and was on the swim team in high school.  She has never stopped moving and playing.  She loves learning and participating in new sports.

    Cheryl is now a CrossFit and Nutrition coach and is passionate about helping people reach their goals.  She believes in bettering your fitness at any stage of life.  It doesn’t matter where you are today, if you have a desire to go vertical and climb to the next level, she will help you get there!

  • Jordan Bishop


    Coach Jordan Bishop has always been very involved in sports his whole life, playing football, wrestling and gymnastics.  Jordan fell in love with the CrossFit community and really wanted to make a difference in peoples’ lives.  He witnessed coaches that were not taking their job seriously and he really wanted to become a coach that truly wanted to help people the right way.

    Jordan loves helping others improve their lives, he is passionate about coaching and watching members progress, not only in the gym but also in life.  He enjoys being around members and helping them improve their form and getting to know them individually.

  • Kevin Tew


    Coach Kevin Tew has always been active and grew up doing everything he could possibly fit in a day.  He played baseball, football, basketball, racquetball and golf.  He snowboarded, rode BMX bikes and raced his dirtbike.  He loved trying his best to be good at everything he did.

    Kevin was introduced to CrossFit by his wife Nicole.  He was hooked from day one.  It was everything he was missing from his normal gym routine and loved the chance to compete with others.  After 6 months he was in the best shape of his life and was stronger than he’d ever been.

    Kevin loves seeing his athletes do things they never thought they could, his favorite being the dead lift.  He enjoys helping members get over the fear that they will injure themselves by teaching proper form and technique.  Kevin is a people person, and enjoys building genuine friendships through coaching.

  • Jake Kenison


    Coach Jacob Kenison was a personal trainer before discovering CrossFit.  He soon became bored and went in search for something better.  Once he tried CrossFit, he became hooked and hasn’t looked back since.

    Jake is passionate about fitness, family and fun.  He loves to see the lights come on when someone says “I can’t do that” and then… they do it!  Jake says “I am and always will be trying to be the best at life”

  • Tanner Morse


    Coach Tanner Morse was an all around athlete in school playing Varsity Football, Soccer and Arizona State pole vault qualifier.  Tanner remembers being told to do what you love for your job and that’s what brought him to being a CrossFit Coach.  Tanner specializes in Olympic lifting and gymnastics movements.

    Outside of CrossFit, Tanner is passionate about his family, he is on the Brigham Young University Dunk Team, and he loves computer programming.
